When this place couldn't find my insurance, they told me I would have to pay out of pocket, when I told them I would have to reschedule because paying out of pocket wasn't an option, they literally guffawed. The optical assistant turned away, and the doctor shrugged his shoulders and looked angry.. Like I get you guys couldn't do anything else to help me, but to guffaw at me for being unable to pay out of pocket? I'm a father, I don't have that kind of cash sitting around, especially not when I have insurance, and you all are unable to locate it. Horrible place.
