Came to haul some cars for them. Most of the employees were really cool but the yardmaster didn't want companies showing the difference in driving vs gasoline automobiles (ie really dangerous as without the training as you would end up crashing these things as the gas pedal will disable the break and will cause crashes when trying to literally inch the car forward). So yeah, if you haven't been here and experienced in crashing these once, don't haul for them

Read a lot of negative reviews so I was a bit nervous on how this was going to play out. Appointment was set for 9:30am but I got there at 9:05. 9:15 comes by and I sign paperwork and walk to the car. 9:30 I drive off a happy customer. Easiest car buying experience by far.

What a nightmare. The whole process has been disastrous as many others have stated. Had a scheduled appointment to take delivery of a model S. Wasted several hours of my life driving to the delivery center and waiting, only to find out that the car isn't even HERE! How does the sales advisor not know this? How does the delivery center team not know this? It's mind blowing.

Nothing outstanding. You get you car delivered in a tent. The factory tour was nice but we got nothing unexpected or hyper modern. Not more robots that in other high tech car factories compared to germany. Have you seen Ford that this looks more modern.

No... You can't see the per-owner model S. You can order them from the website, and take the delivery from Fremont.
More likely there's a phone number you may need the extension of person or department you're trying reach. This Company is open 7/24 a week
Loan paperwork will be uploaded online in your Tesla account all documents will be available for download there. Tesla's come with a 72 hr return policy however this may affect your tax credits.
You will receive email with instructions and call from Tesla few days before your car is ready for delivery.
My understanding was that Model S And X deliveries were delayed because Tesla placed Model 3 deliveries as a priority. No software issues that I know of.
About 3 miles from Warm Springs. Too far to easily walk. Let them know, and they may be able to pick you up.
