I was at the Laurels for six days to rehab after surgery. My experience was very good. The nurses were professional and kind. My aides were helpful and accommodating.

Zero stars!! Do not send anyone to this facility. They do not care for their patients and recently someone passed due to their lack of care. They did not bath or move the patient daily resulting in horrible sores causing serious infections that went unnoticed because the lack of care and attention. They do not answer your questions and act like it’s a burden when you want to know about your family’s well being. I have heard they have lawsuits against them and hopefully another coming. This place needs shut down. Please do not take anyone here and the people here need fired.

Met one of their patients at a book signing and she could not have been any happier to be there. She had so many good things to say. It was really impressive. Well done Laurels!

There are no cots or fold out chairs but it really depends on the circumstances. It has been done. Check with the nurse on duty or one of the unit managers.
Marc, visitation is open back up for families to visit. However, there is a screening process in place as you enter the facility, and may take a few extra minutes once you arrive.
Right now visits are limited due to Covid restrictions but window visits are unlimited. You can also contact facility to schedule facetime with a loved one.
