While I have had my fair share of bad experiences at McDonald's establishments, this one went above and beyond to make sure I would never come back. Not only did they mess up part of the order, the wait was unbelievable. When I finally spoke to a manager, she went back and grabbed the order right away, indicating it had been finished and no one bothered to bring it up, after 30 MINUTES. Unbelievable, this place is terrible, whoever is running this place needs to take a look at their staff, and how they are running the place.

I always use my app for deals. Went through drive-through and misunderstood the deal and asked them to change it and they wouldn’t and went ahead and charged me full price for what I didn’t want. On top of that did you put napkins in my bag. Rood never said thank you I’ll never go back to this McDonald’s again ridiculous

I used the Kiosk for dine in and I ordered a Bacon double Qtr cheese meal. Stephanie call my name for me to pick my order up. The kiosk says they will bring to table. I get the order no bacon. I told Stephanie the shift leader and she had a attitude. After that two white ladies come in and ordered from the kiosk and sat down. Stephanie brought the order out to them. I asked her why didn’t she bring my order out. She said I had a take out but my receipt clearly says dine in. I don’t know it’s because I’m black or a guy but I know that’s wrong.

Both friends through Lanes were open. As we pulled up to the second one, the person in the first lane pulled away. The recorded message came on asking if we were using the app. At that time a car pulls in the first lane. I had given my order but had heard no response. Then we hear them taking the order on the other lane. They pull away and they come on ours and say it will be just a minute. Then they take the order of the first lane again. We say something when they finally came to us for our order. He give us an attitude and says there are two Lanes. We tell him what happened and he says again there are two Lanes with an attitude. I ask for the manager because of his attitude and he says he is the manager. We used to get good service at this Maumee location and would go out of our way to go to this one. Never again.
