I have lived here happily for almost three years! Management and maintenance are rise above the crowd! They are definitely motivated to make sure the residents at Sheffield are happy with their choice to live there. My experiences with the management team and maintenance department have been 100% no matter what my request might be. The property is kept beautifully and is super pet friendly! No, I was not prompted to write this, I just think it's a great place to live:)

Good question. Not much in the way anywhere for anyone who is disabled or on Social Security. Everywhere claims "fair housing" yet it's not fair when they disqualify you because you have a lower income than someone who is not disabled or on Social Security or they have income thresholds you have to meet. I pay 75% of my income on housing yet can't find anywhere who would rent to me based off of my income... no matter how good my credit is. SAD!
