It's a good place to go spend a day in the mud. Or sand. Or climbing over a couple rock piles. Only been there a couple times and we will be heading back. It's close to our campgrounds so it makes for a fun day on the spur of the moment.

No everyone has to pay and vehicle fee and a rider fee and there are both light trails and some mild trails as well as a playground and camping
Yes you can but about 6 more hours of driving and you can be at silver lake sand dunes. 😱😱😱😱😱
