I placed my order just before there was a shortage of materials so my project was delayed by several months. Black Diamond kept me informed and regularly updated on an ETA for start. When the time finally came, they came in and demoed the entire yard in a little over a day! Couldn't believe how fast it was. I had begun my project with one person who happened to leave the company midway through and Jeff came in and took over. Jeff was absolutely amazing. He resolved several issues and loose ends left by the previous agent and really tied the project together. Because of the departure of the original project manager, I had to deal with several other folks including the owner, all of which were so kind and helpful. I really feel like the customers are their top priority. They went out of there way to make sure that the project was completed and completed correctly. Nothing in this world is perfect. I don't expect everything to go according to plan, things happen and Black Diamonds ability and willingness to tackle all issues head on are why I would use them again and refer them to anyone I know. The price was great. They really worked with me to make sure I gut the absolute best quality for my money without sacrificing form and function. They were my 3rd bid and the other companies made me feel like my project was too small for their trouble.Black Diamond was more than happy to help and I really can't say enough about how awesome they are. Black Diamond did a complete front and backyard transformation in my yard that's just finished this month. It took over a year to make this a reality and I am really happy with the result. Laurie, my designer, was able to help me define the space that is both modern and functional. From selecting hardscape elements to picking drought tolerant plants, she provided valuable suggestions and her knowledge of plants is amazing. The foreman, Rafael, is also very responsive throughout the installation process. Though there was delays over materials and scheduling, their quality of work covered the shortcoming. This project is definitely challenging at times, but I am glad they are responsible and skilled to make it happen. The scope includes driveway, walkways, patios, planters and surrounding seating area, kitchen island, plants and vegetable garden.

Just had a project with Black Diamond that just completed on Friday. It was about 400sq.ft. of pavers covering a driveway, and two long side paths, one of them with curves. I designed the pattern for the pavers, but wouldn't you know it; the pattern that fit just perfectly on paper was a little off in real life. The crew was fantastic in working with me to adjust the pattern so that it not only looked great but also minimized the number of cuts and waste material. I would strongly recommend Black Diamond for this kind of work and the actual two man team that laid the pavers for me are pure magicians! Can't say enough good things about this job. As to price, it was a little bit more than I expected, but you get what you pay for and I'm very pleased with what I got! Pictures attached.

Black Diamond replaced our cracked concrete driveway with pavers and It looks fantastic! They completely the job in one week, which is what they promised. They were professional and hard workers. I highly recommend them.
