Went here to eat about 4am. Our waitress rose was incredibly rude!!!!! She ignored us for 45mins before we finally asked a different waitress for our drinks, silverware and jelly. She later admits she was ignoring us on purpose and called us bad customers which shocked the whole place because they seen the whole thing. She then charge a young man $60 for one burger and told me the cop beside me paid for mine and it was free. The young man was confused and so was I.. so I told her she charged him mine and no idea where she got the cop paid for mine. She also blamed that on us. The absolute worst service I've ever had!! Which sucks because this is always a great place to go. The cook was great though!!

My visit was at 2:30 in the morning so this might be a little bit rough. I gave it four stars, the food was good hash browns were a little overcooked service was good but they were slammed. Good experience just very busy.

A great place to eat. John the line cook has years of experience, and is amazing with his abilities to keep up with all the orders. And the waitresses are amazing. Just a bunch of hard working down to earth people who treat you like family.

This place is always busy! Parking lot and tables are usually packed. The workers are very friendly and helpful. I ordered a cheeseburger and it turned out great, and the service was quite fast. Waffles Houses are open 24/7 so you can get breakfast or lunch anytime.
