Honestly, I am impressed with Chris Wilson Plumbing. They are super professional and highly caring people. If I can give 10 starts I would. I called several other plumbing companies in the area and non even compared to the service and speed that we received from them. Many of the other competitors did not even follow up or even send the quote estimate as promised. Aside from the promptness and professionalism that they showed, Since our scheduled appointment was for Monday, Chris Wilson's plumbing even came back out on their own to provide a hose connection so our family would not be without water over the weekend. That honestly is going above and beyond. They have truly earned our trust, respect, and business for all of our plumbing needs going forward. We are glad to see that there is still good people out there that care about human beings, and not just focused on profitability. I believe Givers get more in life, and if you want a company that gives, and is not only focused on taking, I would highly recommend Chris Wilson Plumbing & Heating Repairs.

Outdoor pipe broke which affected our house in Carmel Valley Ranch. Plumber Jason Jenkins repaired the main line outside and then the following day, Jason returned to fix the indoor problems that were caused by the outdoor pipe burst. Jason was efficient, courteous and fixed the problems that were caused by dirt being pushed into the line inside the house. When the problem of slow drip in the top floor persisted, Jason came back the second time on the same day to resolve the problem. After three days without water, Jason was a welcome relief for our family. Thank you Jason.

Jason Jenkins has worked at our HOA over many years. He knows the plumbing intimately. He has replaced old PVC with flexible piping to prevent future leaks. He cleans up after the job, leaving the work site better than he found it. He works quickly and efficiently, always leaving us satisfied with his workmanship. To be honest I'm not sure if they actually deal with questions through Google maps. I was on my lunch and my GPS said someone had a question so I thought I'd give you some answer in their behalf.
Hi Meg, Im actually one of the dispatchers at Chris Wilson's. They normally don't give any estimates her quotes over the phone but they can definitely send somebody out there to give you an estimate. If you're a new customer they do charge $89 to go out to the property if you okay and go with the work the $89 gets waived and you're only charged and responsible for the price of the work that's done and hope resent that pricing on site. If you are a repeat customer they don't normally charge the $89 response fee but they will give you the pricing on sight either way. They would have to send a technician out to the home to inspect to be able give you a more accurate pricing.
