This flower shop is, in my opinion one of the best around!!!! The lady that I spoke with was one of the sweetest and most patient person I’ve ever seen!!! I give her some of the craziest directions to a destination to deliver flowers to my wife!!! My wife was absolutely ecstatic over her flowers!!!! They was perfect!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was extremely disappointed in both the flowers and the service. The flowers were not what I ordered. They had made subsitutions in the not only the flowers but the colors and when I called to discuss it, the owner began to scream.. NO YOU DID NOT , NO YOU DID NOT. I asked her to please speak to me professionally and lets come to some resolution. She continued to insist that she was right and refused to make any adjustments for her mistake. I later found out that Cottage Flower Shop had done the flowers for my aunt's funeral and that the family was extremely disappointed in those as well. I order flowers often and i always call and place the order myself as I don't want to leave anything to chance. i like to get exactly what i order and pay for. I would definitely call someplace else in the future.
