As someone who has been eating here consistently for about 4 years it hurts to leave leave a one star review. After ordering some takeout about a week ago I found that my turkey bacon club was missing it's bacon entirely, and that I was missing a couple food items. After taking a photo, I thought that I might be able to show proof, upon my next return at least get the items that were completely missing. After coming back a little over a week afterwards I was informed I was not eligible to get any refund as I had not called in. Although I recognize this protocol as someone who is also worked in the restaurant business, it pains me to think that's such a small quantity food is not worth a regular customers business and satisfaction. Especially when I had a photo of the receipt and the sandwich without any bacon. As of now I will not be returning.

Best Schlotzsky's we have been to!! They are extremely busy, but so efficient and friendly!! Food is always fresh and delicious!!. If you are near Greer, SC, check them out and you will be a customer for life!!!

I tend to forget about this restaurant, I feel like not a lot of people to talk about it and it’s so underrated. It is absolutely amazing every time I go here. Great customer service, and the food is always amazing.
