The front desk people were as rude as could be and despite being a choice rewards member refused me a late checkout and then said I couldn't stay there again without any explanation what so ever if this is a franchise it should be revoked and the owners and manager band from customer service work of any kind.... I have long hair and have had long hair for 35yrs of my life this woman was nice on the phone until she laid eyes onr and then it was nvm and you guys can't stay tonight or come back.....which put me out badly being as I am disabled and don't drive as well as my wife having hip issues that disabled her. And the final slap in our faces I just noticed they billed me twice for that night.i have lodged a complaint with corporate and the bbb is next as as well as pursuing a lawsuit with the help of the American civil liberties Union. If you have long hair or sometimes run a few minutes late do not stay at this hotel they will threaten you with the police and cause you a lot of stress

Older hotel. Beds were comfortable. Looks like some guests were long term. Some people were BBQing in the parking lot at 9 pm in-between parked cars. Rooms open up to parking lot.

We had been looking for a room since midnight..everything was booked or only had double beds (we need at least a queen) Found this little gem at 2:30 a.m.! We were very pleasantly surprised! The the desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean! Nice bed,blankets and enough pillows. Bathroom was immaculate! Nice start to our mini vacation.

I wish I was able to post photos to this review. We stayed there this past Friday night as we were in town for a tournament and all other hotels were booked and we will never stay here again. There were cigarette holes in the comforters and sheets. The bathroom was dirty. The ice bucket had brown liquid in the bottom and the worst part of all there were someone’s toenail clippings on the carpet which clearly indicates that the room was not vacuumed. The chair in the room had black stains on the arms and where your head would touch. This place was disgusting.
