We try to find a Red Robin anytime we are on the road traveling between basketball games and tournaments. Our boys love the unending fries and we love that they get full without them spending a small fortune. The cinnamon doughnuts are the perfect ending to every single meal!

Red Robin in Greenville, has lost our business. We arrived as soon as they opened at 11am and were the first to enter the restaurant. As we were being seated, the hostess walked past the booth with untorn seats and directed us to sit in the booth with red duck tape over a large portion of the seat. The two customers behind us were seated in the booth with untorn seats. I'm not saying that we weren't offered the untorn seats because we were are a mixed-race family, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. We had to ask to be moved to seating that wasn't duck taped. When we received our food, the chicken salad that was ordered contained a tiny chicken breast which 3/4 of it could be covered by one cucumber from the salad. I could look past this. However, my son was served UNDERCOOKED, mostly RAW chicken strips! He had taken a few bites of it with bbq sauce. I'm so glad that he didn't eat it!! I decided to take a bite of the chicken before putting in a to-go container and noticed it was raw. The waitress refunded the kids meal. We will be spending our afternoon watching for the signs of food poisoning. We won't be back. We didn't feel as though they cared.

Went around eight pm on a Wednesday and it wasn't very busy. Most of the burgers that come with bottomless fries run around 14.99 to 15.99. If you join the program you get a free burger and fries for your birthday. Mozzarella sticks come as a ten count. Good food and good service

Waited almost 30 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was only maybe half full... I can understand there may have been staffing issues and honestly I'm okay with it. Our waitress was very nice and stayed on top things for us, no complaints there. My complaints are with the quality of the food and the preparation on this visit. Burgers were not cooked how we asked, all three were wrong. My burger came out and was missing half of the toppings that were supposed to be on this particular burger. I brought it up very nicely to the waitress and assured her that I know it wasn't her fault and I just wanted it to be known, she offered to have a new one made but I politely declined. Burgers came out almost cold as if they were sitting for a while before being served. Fries were sopping in grease.. We went in about a year ago and the food was great but honestly this trip was a major disappointment. The bill was almost 60 dollars for everything and in my opinion it wasn't worth it and I don't plan on coming back, at least for quite a while. Still tipped the waitress 10 bucks because she was very nice and helpful but 70 bucks for what we got in quality could've been spent elsewhere on actually decent food.

I personally feel very comfortable with how it's run. The employees all wear masks. You wear a mask until you are seated and then if you get up from your table. Also they don't seat everyone very close to one another.
Yes
Yes they will
Not unless they are a service dog and even then idk
Nice place most of the servers are great. The one I had 2 weeks ago was looking around the restaurant when we ordered and forgot to bring us everything we ordered.
