Little Caesars Pizza

I’ve come to this little Caesar and number of times for pizza and so far half of the times I’ve been there there’s been issues. A prime example of this would be when I order two plain classic pizzas last night. It’s not the end of the world to me that they gave me two pepperoni pizzas instead of what I ordered but I had to listen to three children complain about it all night and that in itself aggravated me. All I ordered was two pizzas. Please get your orders right on something simple like that. It wasn’t even like they had to make them after I got there. They were hot and ready pizzas.

Last minute dinner plans...and Little Caesars never fails me. A single mom with an active schedule....so pizza is on the menu a least 3-4 times a month! Always hot and always ready!

This place is just the worst. I try not to go here, but sometimes you need that Hot and Ready pizza on the way home from work to bring a quick meal to the fam. Here’s my latest experience: I pull up to the window, and ask if they have Pizza and Crazy Bread “hot and ready”. They say Yes. So I pay, they hand my card back, along with a Buzzer. They say it will be 5 minutes and to pull around. I literally JUST asked if it was ready. But ok. I go wait, I can spare a couple of minutes. After 24 minutes of waiting , still no pizza. I go inside with buzzer in hand, and ask how much longer. Turns out my order has been ready and sitting for 15 minutes while I waited for the buzzer to go off, but they never buzzed me. Dude. While the cashier checks the back, I hear laughing. They are chasing and stomping on roaches in the kitchen area. Dude… A guy (manager?) comes around still laughing from getting roach on his shoe, and explains they are actually “really good” about buzzing customers. Maybe they buzzed and I didn’t see it” ….. Dude… “ it must have been one of our new buzzers. Maybe it’s not working. It happens.” Blank stare. My food is cold, they literally have roaches running through the kitchen, Employees still stomping them behind him. No apology, no nothing, just an excuse. I really can’t believe a place like this is able to operate. I just left the food. Never again, dude.

They were very kind, organized, and fast. Even though they didn't have what I wanted hot and ready, they gave me a little buzzer to hold till it was ready. I loved how kind and organized and fast they were. Tasted great too!
