Fantastic dealership. Sam was great, from the time the car was ordered till delivery day they communicated instantly with me giving me updates. In and out in about an hour. Thanks again

My girlfriend went in to buy crossbars for her 2014 Subaru cross trek. The guy (not sure who) sold her the part. We sat on them for 2 years and didn’t install. Once we went to it turns out the parts sold don’t fit with her model after trying to return them (no receipt) we were told they had no record of the transaction and couldn’t do anything without a receipt. They’re brand new. Definitely ripped us off and lied to us. Not a good brand for the Subaru name. Very disappointed.

I would not recommend getting your car serviced here! I have brought my Subaru here twice for servicing and had a very negative experience both times. I won't be coming back. The first time my A/C was broken. They "fixed" the problem, but it was completely broken again within 10 minutes after leaving the dealership and I had to have it properly repaired elsewhere. The second time, I came for a general servicing. My service advisor Harry was very unreliable, telling me at first that some expensive repairs were absolutely essential, and then when the parts weren't available telling me they were unimportant and my car was safe. He also told me my brake pads were at 3mm and needed to be replaced (which I later discovered to be untrue as another shop measured them at 5mm). Don't come here for your car servicing needs!

BEWARE! Professional liars employed in this dealership service department. If you don't know much about cars stay away. "Service advisor" came up with a lie that my 2020 Subaru was repainted in order to avoid doing a $250 mirror repair under factory warranty. This guy Gordon is hilarious. He will tell you that he is working at Carlsen Subaru because he likes to tell the truth (LOL!). Well, the "truth" you had told me is in the pictures attached to this review. Reached out to the General manager, who responded with "I will get back to you", but never did. Maybe the service you get at Carlsen Subaru is the reason why this dealership stays so tiny while other Bay area Subaru dealers are growing.

Masks are required, all employees wear masks, and they will even use steering wheel/shifter/and seat plastic covers when you take your car into the service department.
Depends. What kind of vehicle? What kind of tires? What is typical use?
268.95 for full synthetic oil for minor service
