You know, I used to get a little irritated by car salesmen coming up and being overly friendly. Now, I just miss being able to speak with a sales associate! And I was lookin to buy... A car from there...Again. oh well.

Joe, you're a piece of work. You do a great job of fulfilling the sleezy, arrogant, slimeball car salesperson. To anyone looking for a vehicle, go somewhere else. This place is awful and consumers deserve better than this nonsense.

Called about a car that was priced a little low, but looked great. Asked over the phone specifically if it had been smoked in and the salesperson assured me it was smoke free. Drove 30 mins to go see it... Lo and behold, we open the door and were overcome with smoke smell. Didn't need to even put my head in. "What?! Really?! I checked a couple days ago and didn't smell anything." Nice try and thanks for wasting my time.

I bought a car (2005 Honda Civic) from here in April that has had constant issues since I purchased it. It's had radiator issues, tires that blew out on the freeway, engine issues, and now problems with the coolant system that won't seem to go away. I paid a high price for it thinking I was buying a low-mileage car that would be reliable, but that has been far from the case. On purchase, it had 86k miles on it - remarkably low for a 2005 vehicle. I asked the salesman if it was on its second engine, to which he responded no; however, my mechanic who has done work on the car on almost a biweekly basis for the past months told me it's likely it's on its second. This means that I purchased a car whose parts have had the wear of however many miles were on the first engine plus the 86k that were on the second. Obviously, I was misled. It's looking like I'll have to sell this vehicle only a few months after purchase because a car I thought would be reliable has turned into a headache and a money pit. I would not expect longevity or reliability of any of the cars on their lot and would strongly recommend staying away.
