Easy and fun hike. The walk up is a bit steep but it’s a short hike - took me under 30 minutes to reach the bottom of the waterfall. Highly recommend!

Beautiful waterfowl. The trail is half a mile on one way. (Total 1 mi in and out) The trail is fairly easy. when you get near the 0.4 mile The trail splits, vire to the left. there is some stepping stones across a creek and some stars you will have to take.

No restrooms near there but tons of places to go hide to use the bathroom:)
Have never seen horse flies there
There's a gate at the start of the road, but I don't believe they ever close it. Not terribly dangerous, but it may be a little sketchy crossing the creek and around the falls at night just due to low visibility
