Nice place the park that is the pool has rules. For your safety yet. On lifeguard breaks. There. Throwing each other in. Repeat diving not waiting. For others to get out of the. Way to be honest ther need. A complete new staff and longer hrs 6 don't give enough for the people that work later 8 pm is a good time

I have reached out to the City of Norwich's Common Council, and was turned down on my concerns of public Safety... I wanted to reach out to all that may walk to our Public Pool.... The business in the entrance to the pool area is in and out tractor trailers and more tractor trailers parked in the residential streets coming out...... The fear of a child injured is all over this area....... A stop sign is not enough........................... Please advise your young children.

The lady who iver sees the unprofessional life guards is just as rude and unprofessional. I have seen these so called life guards single out individuals who are heavier then others and make fun of them, while the ones who over see the young immature life guards cover it up. They are disgusting and should be ashamed of them selves. I put a call into the director and if he does nothing I will continue to go higher up. They all need to be replaced.

They need to do something about getting professional life guards. Not ones who just because they are skinny laugh at bigger people when they jump in the pool and create big splashes. That is the second time I’ve been laughed at by guards for making a bigger splash. I’m honestly not a big person I am just a bit overweight but the skinny life guards who are girls thought it would be cool to laugh at me and make me feel even worse about myself. I will never be attending this pool again because that’s not right. You’re there to save lives not make fun of people.
