First time ordering here, ordered noodles with beef plate and a side of CA rolls. The portion was small for one meal and paying $30.00. Very pricey for the very small portions. Nothing like their picture. Overall food was good. Will I ever order from here, maybe not.

Loved coming here back in the day but not so much now. The portions have decreased by ALOT. Still yummy food but not happy about the small portion they give especially the chicken plates. The place also smells like egg as soon as you open the door.

I ordered for pick up 40 mins before closing. I ordered a combo plate and was told their side options were rice, miso soup and salad I asked for one of each. When I arrived for pick up I was told they actually ran out of miso soup so if I wanted extra rice or salad. I asked if I could just get a discount since they didn’t tell me they ran out of Miso soup at time of order. I was told that wasn’t an option. Part of me wanted to just cancel the whole order, but I was starving and had other things on schedule so I just took it. Went home and I go three sides of rice🤦🏻‍♀️. They charged me extra for chicken breast (unrequested). Shrimp tempura was ok, but everything was cold. $23 for an order I wasn’t happy with. As someone who has worked customer service, #1 rule is do right by the customer; the goal is to have the customer come back multiple times not just that one visit. I will not be going back.
