They could use a lot more experience there are way too many workers that stand in every store that don't do anything and will not acknowledge you as a customer if you don't know what part exactly that you're looking for or product they seem to laugh rather than try to determine what your needs are as far as products go they have no knowledge of anything that's in the store they just sell it first Street Yakima is the main hub and the biggest problem nob Hill is a good store but I would prefer to go to Prosser best O'Reilly's you can find

Very good customer service. Braiden was an outstanding young man and answered our questions. He is very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and had some great ideas. I will continue going to this store instead of the other locations just to be able to talk with Braiden. They have very good prices on a lot of things.

Tim, the manager at this location, was so very helpful as always. I ask for him by name everytime I go there for things big or small. I'm a non-mechanical & don't pretend to know a single thing but I attempt to learn & Tim has patience & understanding for my blank stares & questioning everything again & again. He starts with the easiest & least expensive way to fix your problem and goes on from there if you need him to. He will always save you money and thT is my kind of sales person. Thank you Tim

You can go to the auto parts store, but. A can of R 134 with a gauge and hose attached, open the vehicle hood and look for the Low port on the AC system....should be easy to find....unscrew the cap .....then make sure your engine is running with full AC on maximum. Check temp of the day as it will affect the pressure. Adjust the range dial if needed, then Snap on the hose connector. Shake the can, upside down. If your dial, shows in the green then you wont need to add, or you can add a little if the AC feels less cold than normal. Repeat as necessary based upon pressure reading and the coolness in the vehicle and the vehicle pressure specs......this is a super easy process. If the issue of losing coolness continues then take it in to a mechanic......
