It's okay as a fast food place. Each time we order a pot pie, they say they have to check if they have one. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Otherwise, they just don't seem to be interested in customer experience.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE! I personally feel bad for the employees that work here because it’s ridiculous with what they have to go through. They’re so short staffed it’s ridiculous. People wait almost 40 mins for there food. I ordered today while I was in white plains to pickup my food ( normally I go in person and they take awhile so I preordered online). Order placed at 6:08. Estimated time to pickup,6:12. I got there late and it was 6:36, and my food had not even started to be prepared. There was two girls there trying to do the best they could and two other gentlemen I think cooking everything, and I feel sorry for them. A gentleman wanted to pay in cash while I waited for my food to be prepared, and the girl had no change in the register. I understand things happen but this place is awful. Please DO NOT go here.

Ordered in advance and it still took nearly an hour for them to prepare the order. Additionally, they forgot to give me the soda I ordered and the dipping sauces I paid to receive. As a school, we are very upset this went so badly; we had hoped to continue using this location as KFC is a student favorite. But this went so badly, we will explore several other options before we order from KFC again.

This KFC has always been clean whenever I have gone into it. The staff are professional, quick, and polite. The BBQ wings here are good. I haven't ordered anything else yet. It is a small storefront location so it is easy to miss if you are driving by looking for it. There is no big sign on the side of the street like there normally would be. It is inside a small shopping plaza.
