Once again stopped here on a Sunday afternoon they had chairs blocking the restroom due to out of order I guess?? But my daughter and I used them anyway, they were in service just needed to be clean. The cashier who was an elderly African American lady was really upset that we moved the chair. Then they were out ice??? This experience was better than my last one a month ago....I truly think this establishment needs to be closed down. I promise I will NEVER stop here again Burger King across the street has to be better!

Stopped here on a road trip to get breakfast. My orange juice was pretty warm, my pancakes were cold after what felt like 2 minutes. I was also once again wishing McDonalds sold pancakes by themselves like burger king. Soap dispenser and both air dryers in the mens Restroom didn't work at all. What saved this place from getting one star was the fact that we got our food in a timely manner, as we should or else it wouldn't be a fast food restaurant. Even though we were on a road trip and just passing through, I definitely won't be back here.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. We waited for over 25 minutes for food and after finally asking about it, they didn't even offer to go check on my order so I left... Then I still got charged for the food that we didn't get! We will never go back here again! In fact, we will never go to another McDonald's again. It seems like poor service is a company wide issue... No matter which location we go to, they get our order wrong almost everytime. We will take our business elsewhere.

Staff attending Windows are more concerned wth talking amount each other than making sure the orders are correct. I ordered the tweo cheeseburger meal wtih no pickles. Guess what? It had lots of pickles on it. Management needs to be fired and all staff replaced with people that care abiout the qualkity of job they perform. $15 an hour, hell no. Not when they can't even get the order right. Nasty store also.
