Worst experience ever with Citibank well this branch, I mostly deal with the Pelham Manor branch great branch never had no issues and your problems extremely helpful. But this one right here on Hastings on the Hudson the worst to start off There is no parking at all secondly I’m having issues with my bank account because of an online transaction long story short I’m using my wife’s account to deposit my checks, every others branch I go to no problems at all this one right here Did not want to deposit my check I asked for the manager there’s no manager to be found. I will never ever in my life go to that branch Hastings on the Hudson ever again in my entire life. I wish I could give them zero stars
