For some reason their online services wasn’t working properly yesterday. The store claimed they weren’t getting my order. When I called and tried to ensure they received my order and to moderate it, a rude employee by the name of Carl repeated to the kitchen “don’t make this online order yet we have a customer that doesn’t know what she’s doing making orders” the lady that answered the phone then proceeded to tell him I was on the phone so I asked to speak to him because at that time what he said to his staff was very rude and disrespectful to me THE CUSTOMER. I proceeded to ask was he the manager on duty and he repeated yes, no longer wanted to speak to him wanted to speak to upper management, asked who was the store manager because I would be giving them a call. He let me know that he was the store manager, wow look a there. This store is poorly managed by someone who doesn’t respect or value the customer, definitely won’t be spending my hard earned money here again!

This is the WORST Pizza Hut I have ever done business with. With 3 different attempts to order pizzas and they got the order wrong and get this……not only did they refuse give the managers name they hung up on us twice. Calling corporate numerous times came to an apology and a voucher to use for one of the visits. We tried to use the voucher during on another visit and it would not accept it so AGAIN we had to pay for the order and IT WAS WRONG. We called corporate and they claimed they had no record of our order. We r DONE with this poorly managed store. This store should be closed down.

I have always had bad customer service at this location (Pageland). Since I moved to Pageland two years ago and I have overlooked a lot due too most of the time living here it was the only pizza place until recently. After this recent experience I will never return to this location and possibly never return to Pizza Hut in general again due to the constant terrible customer service and disgusting behavior towards there customers. This is not just my experience but a few friends have experienced similar incidents as well. I have seen first hand Pizza Hut employees treat other customers terrible while waiting for my food inside which I have spent plenty of time waiting. Overall the food that I have received has been decent for what it is. I understand it is an odd time and has put a lot of stress on obtaining employment but the way the employees act here are un excusable and disgusting specifically with my recent visit!

Everything was perfect this trip to Pizza Hut!! I ordered via app and was given 15 minutes until “supper was served”. We arrived with 2 minutes until ready. We paid to have the politest team member say they are boxing it right now! When home, 4-5 minutes away, the pizza was correctly made and piping hot. With everyone being short staffed this day in time, we could not have had a better experience. Keep up the great work Pizza Hut of Pageland!
