Is it just me or does it seem like there's only one person working the register at all times? Even a short line of 3/5 people seems like an eternity of wait time... (Ramsey location)

Tried returning 3 items that were unused, and were in original packaging. Return was attempted on same day of purchase and original receipt was presented. Sales associate stated my debit card was flagged by 3rd party provider for a prior retail return and not authorized. Stated prior return was not necessarily made at Advanced Auto and was beyond their control. Advance Auto Parts return policy clearly states returns are accepted 45 days with receipt as “proof of purchase”. Credit to be issued to card used for purchase. They are obviously using a 3rd party to reduce in store returns. BUYER BEWARE. Unacceptable.

Bergen County residents this auto parts store is open on Sunday. Friendly service and lots of free services. We had our battery checked and tested for free.

If I can rate this store a 0 I will. I’ve been coming here recently and everyone here is lazy except the one lady at the register with the long hair. She doesn’t smile but I can tell it’s because she’s all alone and seems like she has to do every single thing in the store. The store manager half of the times doesn’t even know what he’s talking about. Just very sad and unprofessional place ! Will never recommend any parent to apply for a job at this store ! It’s sad to see a woman doing all the work that a man is supposed to do.
