First time at location bring a client to get something to eat In the middle of ordering my food the man pulled out his phone and started texting while taking order at the same time he was rude due to that fact we did not understand what he was saying

I don't know if management has changed, but I am livid of this place. Normally, I go to the BK in Mahwah but they're closed temporarily. First off, the manager of this place is very bitter; every time I am at the drive thru I am greeted rudely. Second of all, they keep screwing up my order. I repeatedly have to come back into the lobby to correct the issue. Today, I have had enough having to discover the mistake and then the same manager came up to me with a rude manner. Never again this place, I'll just wait till the BK in Mahwah reopens (if they do).

I was disappointed as my burger and fries were not hot. My fries were also only half full. Service was quick.
