They internally damaged my iPad's screen while doing a battery replacement. I really did try to support this business despite their awful reviews but I can't any longer. They never called to say that the new battery arrived or when my iPad was ready so they had it for probably 2 months. And it's pointless to go after them because "we are not responsible for damage or data loss during repair". May this review lead to lossed profits equal or greater than the cost of their botched repair and my new iPad

Took over a month and a half to get back to me just for the diagnosis on a playstation 4. Not only did they take an unreasonable amount of time, they gave me back my console missing parts and with a completely different hard drive. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

I brought in my motto x phone for a screen repair. The guy at the counter advised me it would take 3-5 business to get the part, then 2 to repair. Which was totally cool phone Is not common. He told me once they got the part, they call me. A week later still haven't heard anything, decided to call them. I was advised the part they received was not working properly and needed to be reordered. Once again I was told I would get a call. Surprise, surprise I got no call. Had to call them!! After almost 3 weeks from when I dropped it off, I was finally able to pick up my phone. The girl at the counter said the tech did not put the speakers back because he didn't want break the screen. Phone doesn't work properly, can't listen to music. Overall, this place is terrible, customer service doesn't exist at this business. Too expensive. Thought it would be a better experience but I was wrong. DO Not COME here!!

Depending on what generation i-pad it is. They are some what pricey, but they honor 6 months warranty on the parts and workmanship.
