We rented online a storage unit loaded our trucks and when we should up realized our garage was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken and the stairs were for fire escape only so on a Sunday afternoon we were SOL and the 2 girls in the front office had more attitude then professionalism in my personal Opinion I don't recommend this location or company

The reserve and registration process were so easy. All done over the phone and online but I guess that was the problem to begin with because we weren’t able to see the unit in person. When we got there with our queen size bed, we find out that our unit in on the third floor and the elevators were broke. They couldn’t offer us anything else so we were refunded but how disappointing and what a waste of time.

The staff has been helpful since day one. When the new management took over, I was hesitant because there was a new group of staff members, but I was pleasantly surprised. Belinda has been very kind, and she provides excellent customer service.
