Warning stay away from this business they don't believe in customer service Access gate was. Not working or the code wasn't set. Right got stuck inside gate for several hours in the heat of the day attempted to make several call to customer service and onsite manger wth no luck just the run around promising to have someone to call me back no one never did. Attempted to call again for the next two or three days still was given the run around with a bunch of empty promises apparently they do not want customers to be calling them. The prices are too high for the type of service they give. You guys should only be charging $10.00 a month instead of the high price you charge each month.

It’s a storage unit. No frills here. The manager was more than helpful and knowledgeable about the process when setting up the storage unit. My review of three stars is because this facility was less than empathetic to my credit card number being stolen while I was on deployment. I emailed multiple times to explain the situation and got no reply except “URGENT EMERGENCY PAYMENT NEEDED”. Luckily, my girlfriend was able to pay in my stead which I was more than thankful for. After looking at the bill, however, there is a 3.95$ phone courtesy payment. I find this to be ridiculous. 4$ In addition to the 100$ I already pay for the unit over the phone? Unbelievable. TL;DR Don’t expect any empathy for a missed payment no matter the circumstances, and don’t pay over the phone unless you want to pay an extra 4$ Every time.
