I ordered the same order 4 times over a few weeks. It was the exact same order, only 4 items. 3 out of those 4 times, the order was incorrect, and I had to correct them at the window and wait for the rest of my meal. The fourth time, I got what I ordered, but the large milkshake I ordered was only half full. The food is fine, it seems clean and the staff are polite, but they never seem to get your order correct on the first try.

The new girl scout cookie shake is delicious 😋 I had the sour dough jack which is my favorite. My husband had the featured meal deal cheesy bacon burger and curly fries. We used the drive thru and the cashier was friendly too.

Needed to use bathroom (emergency) and not only was it locked but the person working there refused to give key without a purchase. They do not care about people at this company. They just care about money and will extort you to get it. I understand locking a bathroom in a bad neighborhood but not letting the public use it without a purchase is without compassion. I will never stop at a jack in the box again.

What a joke. Open 24 hours. Sit in line to order for almost 15 minutes. Finally get to order to be told they are out of food and not taking orders even though car in front of me got to order. Then I am stuck in their drive through as there are 3 cars behind me and the other car in front of me. Don't go to this Jack in the Box or the one on Tieton and 40th unless you like to be greatly disappointed!
