When I first came here it was only because the reviews for the Raleigh location was so bad. The first two times were good but the wait ridiculous because of the short staffing. You would hear the technicians in the back who were performing the the procedures complaining of how the working situation was dangerous because they did not have enough staff to properly monitor the amount of donors being seated. Next couple of visits I started to notice that the staff upfront are the rude ones, unprofessional!!! These are the ones that assist the new donors and the ones that take your vitals and blood work. All of them are hateful! Except the only man that works up front. Tall and slim. He is ALWAYS nice and very professional. Personally as a nurse myself I think that the center needs to have a staff overhaul or closed!

They always closed and we loose out with our bonus and drop down in pay and they never post on the site to say they close and never answer the phone or take it off the hook if they got that much plumbing issues then they need to move to a new building and you can be standing in line and they will tell you that they are closing due to short staff after you been standing in line for so long they really are getting worst and some of the staff I love and some ack like you are nothing because you there when they donate there selfs hope they can get there plumbing issues fix we should be awarded for losing out but probably want ever happen the home office needs to notified and do something thanks 👍

Terrible experience, they were unable to pump my veins because their was some issues with machine I believe. I’ve been there three other times and they were able to pump just fine so idk what happened. I don’t appreciate the nonchalant attitude when it came to my health, I was told that if I didn’t donate I wouldn’t get paid (but if they machine isn’t working probably) then how.. is that my fault? Never coming back to this place ever again!!

First time donating today. Total visit was a little under three hours with the screening process, seems like visits for returning donors are typically an hour. Staff was very friendly & compensation for the first visit is $125! For first time donors - make sure you bring your SS card (the original card, they will not accept a photocopy) or a W-2 with you to verify your SSN.

60 dollars for your first 2 , then 40 for the next 2 then 70 for the fifth. Then depending on your Weight you can get up to 68 dollars a week. That's not counting bonuses and promotions
Because she is a GREAT employee!!! She knows her stuff..... People don't want to respect the fact....
Yes...its a clean environment. BUT, the workers aka stickers as us veterans call them have horrible nasty attitudes. Jean is a great sticker, but has a uncover nasty attitude. Watch out for the newbies, horrible horrible horrible. Lillie and Tanisha are the best.
Yes they will hire you
Yes they will at 6am
Early as possible. You have to read, watch a video, have an physical exam, do the electronic questionnaire, the regular tests that they do every time, and the actual donation which takes around 45 minutes. At least 3hrs before closing. You don't want to go through all that then have to come back to finish the next day. Make sure to bring the proper documentation and lots of patience. Good luck.
