I was in computer technology for over 25 years, but my skills are out-of date. When my old laptop slowed to a crawl, as I have, I took it to ASAP. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had it back to me same day. Their pricing is reasonable and far less than a new computer. Oh, did I mention they're professional and friendly, too? Highly recommend.

This establishment lives up to it's name ASAP. I dropped off my PC in the afternoon and just a few hours later the same after afternoon, I was contacted with the diagnostic result and their recommendations. All the staff are very professional with a hometown atmosphere. I recommend "ASAP" to anyone needing a PC/Phone repair.

True to their name ASAP completed two separate repairs for us in a timely manner. One was a cracked laptop screen and the other a power issue/drive replacement in desk top. They were incredibly friendly, communicated each step well, and were fairly priced. They even sent me home with a free extra power cord because I wasn’t sure if my daughter had it or not. While they were a bit of a drive for us, I am glad to have found them and will use them again without hesitation, if the need arises. Great service is hard to find anymore and these folks are great. Highly recommended.

Good quality and 15 minutes to replace iPhone screen.. I gave my grand daughter my iPhone X. She dropped it and broke the screen. She took it and had a cheap screen put on it at the mall. It didn’t work right afterwards. The screen would flicker and the phone would restart randomly. I took the phone into ASAP they removed the screen and said the screen was poorly made. They installed one of their screens and it works perfectly now. The screen looks brighter and my grand daughter is having no issues with it.
