The front desk and hospitality staff (breakfast staff) were so welcoming and friendly. They greated us, ensured we had everything we needed, and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless and roomy! We will definitely be back next time we are driving through. Thank you again for making my family and I feel welcome and part of the Homewood Suite family.

First let me start with, the actual hotel is gorgeous! The rooms were very nice and common areas were very modern and accommodating to my tastes. The unfortunate sad issue is that the staff treated us as if we were vagrants. My husband is a diamond member and we were in the area on business. However we decided to stay a few nights to relax. We were repeatedly followed and questioned. We weren't allowed to enjoy the outside smoking area due to assumption of drug use(which we don't indulge, but there were other guests of a different skin complexion that did.) I was advised that the police would be called immediately if they choose to. I have never been treated so descriptively disrespected in my home town even though I grew up there in the heat of racial division. Unfortunate the staff is of the same race as myself. My hope is that the management will take a look at this and perhaps teach their staff diversity training and I hope this way of handling people of color does not trickle down from upper management. We visit Hilton's all over the country and this was by far my worst experience. We didn't get any rest from the numerous times they called and knocked on our door to move our vehicle so that the parking lot could be paved. Please keep in mind our vehicle was not in their parking lot and we repeatedly expressed that!!!! I could go on and on but I will save further details for my formal compliant. Please be careful visiting this establishment if you are of color!!!;

Friendly staff; comfortable, clean and spacious room. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Location easy to find off I-95 and half way point of our road trip from MA to FL. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed here in March on our way back North and it was a great stay! The hotel is in a good, secure area. It is clean, and our room was a good size and quiet. We were almost at the end of the hall. It was a perfect stopover for a long trip. The lobby was nicely appointed. The hotel was booked solid on a Saturday night but we didn't have to wait to check in. There is plenty of parking and plenty of space to walk the dogs. Would definitely stay here again!
