Disappointed in the quality of the moorage cover purchased. I asked Reps several times about the cover I as I knew it was going on an exposed boat on a lift with wind/rain possible. The second time we stretched the cover it tore in the back corner. We I reached out I was told this was not a warrantee covered item but I could purchase a repair kit - tried to go to the link and they were all sold out.

Purchased a $284.19 Expedition cover with 3 year warranty for our 22’ travel trailer in July 2020. 18 months later it was falling apart. The fabric completely deteriorated. I contacted the company and was told my cover was in fact covered under warranty, at prorated value of 50%. The current price of the cover is substantially higher than what I originally paid, now $389.99, so my cost for replacement would be $298.77. Pay more than the original price for another cover that will likely not last more than 18 months? No thanks, I’ll go with a tarp. Not as pretty, but they last longer.

I purchased a fifth wheel cover with a 5/5 UV rating and a 3 year warranty. After a little over a year the front cap became so thin you could see the decals right through it. It was so brittle it tore apart in my hands. I filed a claim and since the cover was in its second year I was offered a 50% credit of my original price to be put toward a new cover. If I accepted this I would be paying over $400.00 for a new cover that would probably last just as long. After I initiated my claim the cover completely ripped because of a little wind. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone to actually talk on the phone. Customer service finally contacted me and was not willing to negotiate further. I was told I was lucky to get 50% credit because the warranty does not cover acts of nature like sun and wind. I feel if the front material wasn’t so cheap it wouldn’t have been so thin and ripped the way it did. Why give the cover a UV rating at all then. The product did not meet the warranty and the 5/5 UV rating is completely inaccurate. If you purchase through this company it will end up costing you even more money when the cover fails.

We ordered a $250 custom cover for our patio and chair set. We paid top dollar compared to other covers, because we wanted something that would last. The quality was good, but it arrived in a plastic bag, rather than a box, and there was a 4 inch cut in the fabric (see attached photo). When I described to Lauren, how it was delivered damaged, and that the bag was not cut, so it must have been damaged before being put into the bag for shipping - Lauren said it shouldn't be a problem to replace the cover for us at not charge, and asked me to send a pic. after receiving the pic, she sent back a message: "Unfortunately, I can confirm this was not done in our warehouse. We manufacture the custom items from scratch. From the sewing machine, right when they are complete, they get packaged to ship with the customer. We do not use anything sharp that would damage the cover this way. We cannot proceed with replacement at this time". I was going to place another order from them for a smaller cover for just the table only, but now I will never order from them again and I will be sure to tell my friends the same. I know that we didn't cut the fabric, because my wife opened the bag carefully with scissors, not a razor. I gave 2 stars because the quality of the product was good. I took off 3 stars because customer service was so poor and for $250, the should have inspected it before shipping and put it in a box to protect it.
