I’ve designed my practice to help creatives and performers. I have worked with creatives and performers for more than 15 years, before developing this practice. I have come to understand the unique challenges of the fascinating, but also rough, world of arts and entertainment. I have also, come to understand the unique emotional and relationships issues interfering with creativity or performing abilities. I therefore developed effective strategies to help creatives and performers be in touch with their Creative or Performing Core Self – therefore to become the creative or performer that they can become.
My office is located in Beverly Hills, 450 N. Bedford Dr., Suite 301. I found this location ideal for Creatives and Performers, living in different areas in Los Angeles: West Los Angeles, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Bel-Air, Carthay neighborhood, Fairfax District, Beverlywood neighborhood, Hollywood Hills, and Studio City.
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. I will charge for the missed sessions unless cancelled 24 hours in advance. This rule, like any rule, will be applied with some flexibility. Which means, on a rare occasion and for a good reason (i.e. sickness, family crisis) I will not charge. You and I will discuss and decide what is fair.
Most of the times, I will recommend weekly sessions. If there is a need for more intensive or in-depth work, I will recommend twice a week (i.e. if you are in a crisis, if you would like to see results faster).
In the first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you have tried to help yourself, what you would like to accomplish, and about your hopes and dreams. The first session will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions about psychotherapy, my work, my experience. If we decide we are a good fit, we will discuss and agree on a fair fee. My fee is $250-300 for the individual session and $100 for the group.
I take personal checks or credit cards. I like to take the payment at the beginning of the session, as The End Of The Session is an important time of internal changes. I would like to keep that time and emotional space for your healing and transformation.
I do not take Insurance. However, I will provide a SuperBill if you are considering using your Insurance. In this case, I will discuss with you the benefits and the limitations of using Insurance, so you can make an informed decision. In my work, I do not diagnose. I see “symptoms” as a result of something that needs to be healed and transformed into life energy, connections, and accomplishments. I am qualified to diagnose and if you meet the criteria of a diagnose, I will provide a diagnose to your Insurance.
You will invest your time (1 hour/week), your financial resources, and your emotional resources. That one hour a week is yours, your time devoted exclusively for your transformation. You own it! If you have any concerns, confusions, or doubts about what you experience please address these with me. We can openly discuss and together find a solution. In this way, you will work with me toward identifying what works best for you.
