Called October 1st 2021...They could accommodate us up to 1 month. Then the Snowbirds are coming so basically they cater to them and you must leave after they arrive!!!!!!

This place is fully of transient's and vagrants's, that rent a spot and live in their van, car or broken down moss covered camper, full time. this is not a family camp ground that is kid friendly. The cabins are old and not clean. they allow smoking in the cabins and everywhere else.

Nice place, friendly accommodating staff, clean bathrooms and grounds. 30 to 40 minutes to Daytona and surrounding cities. Within walking distance of Astor park and st Johns river. Located right on busy, noisey highway. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Still doesn't take away from the people or the place in my opinion. I'd stay here again 👍

Rented a small cabin and as reluctant as I was ( I don't care for crowded campgrounds) it turned out to be a great experience. The campground was full but quiet. The cabin was very clean( and I'm super picky). Heather does it all around there and she's on top of it! Super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back soon!

There is no place to swim unless you want to make a drive to one of the springs which is not far. We stayed in cabin 6 I believe the number was. It was very nice smelt freshly remodeled. It was 1 bedroom 1 full bath had 2 bunk bed lofts and a futon in the living room. The only complaint I had was the cable it was only like 7 channels. Those included were all spanish, cartoons, and nascar lol. It does have the option for you to log in to your own Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube accounts. As to which we dont have but, other than that I highly highly recommend
