Really appreciate being able to text Mike to schedule my appointments. It makes it very convenient for me as a busy person. Customer treatment is also much appreciated when I'm at the shop. I can count on having a spot to do work if I need to and snacks to keep me going as I'm waiting for my car. Mike and the other employees are very helpful. I can come up to anyone to ask questions or need something when Mike is not available. They go out of their way to accommodate. Very attentive. My car is always washed when I get it back. Service I paid for has worked every single time thus far. Getting my car serviced has been a great experience in more ways than one!

I had an appointment for 8:00 am to get a routine annual service check. (My service due warning came on) I called when the warning light came on, but it took a couple of weeks to get an appointment. I got a reminder text asking me to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. I had to wait until 8:00 am for them to open the gate blocking the entrance. I was the first one there. The man in the car behind me entered the building before me. He did not have an appointment but had a recall notice. There were three service people working, but only one helped the man. I waited patiently, but the other two never acknowledged me. Finally I asked if one of them could help as I had an appointment. One of them asked my name and looked up my appointment. He said, “oh you are scheduled with Eddie and he won’t be in until 9:00”. I had arranged a ride to work because I knew from previous visits, there is only a shuttle that takes forever. I told the service rep my key was in the car, my ride was here, and I needed to be at work at 8:30 (it was 8:12 at that time). He said I didn’t need to wait, I could just go. I am leasing my Volvo. It is the second one I have leased from this dealer. When my lease is up, I won’t be leasing another Volvo. The reason is only because of this service department. I have never had a good experience here. More often, it has been a miserable experience.

You should be able to yes, the powered antenna versus a fixed antenna the difference is there's no motor so you don't have to hook up the antenna connection that goes to the radio.

I bought a used xc90 and took it to them to go over it thoroughly to make sure everything was good. They checked everything over and changed the spark plugs for $600. Didn't even change the air filter. Don't think I'll go back.
