May 25 I got the vanilla creame donut and there is no creme in the middle!!! WHERE IS THE CREME!? LIKE ARE U KIDDING ME? I WILL NEVER COME THERE AGAIN!! and blech😡🤢🤮

Honestly, this dunkin is the worst that I've been to. The customer service is LACKING to say the least. Everytime I go it seems that it's a hassle for me to be there and the employees are always fighting with each other. This morning the guy at the window handed me my bag of food after I waited and all I got was a "Here take this!" And then a window slam following that. I asked if they had orange juice instead of apple juice and got the reply "I can't find out because I'm not gonna take forever just so "she" can get mad at me." I assume the she is the girl working behind him. Really disappointed in the overall experience. The sandwich was burnt but I don't even really care about that. If you don't want to work and be kind to customers, maybe consider working at a different job. I work in a restaurant and I get it, trust me. But there's absolutely no excuse for the rude attitude when I was nothing but kind.

The very last bite of the frosted vanilla donut had cream in it, less then a tsp. I guess there dealing with a lack of ingredients. The card machine is faulty. They were all screaming at each other, and the floor was sticky.

I’ve never left a review in my life but this is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. My favorite drink was discontinued so we asked what they can make that is similar. The barista rudely told us that they don’t offer anything similar even though it’s just a shaken espresso. So we ordered two refreshers and they only gave us one. This place really needs to work on customer service :(
