I am always treated poorly at Aaron Ford. Their service department is run as if all the techs are competing for business. Once they refused to cover a recall service, they told me to take my car to a different dealer. But still did the oil change that was inly the secondary reason I came. If you are going to refuse service then refuse the whole enchilada. Don’t nickel and dime my time. They didn’t need to keep my car overnight fir an oil change. Another time I got yelled at for not remembering which tech left a phone message on my machine. You don’t track the cars in your service lot by the customer who owns them? That just seems backwards. Any other service company will gladly route customers based on who the customer is. When I bought my new Ford back in 2013 the dealer multiple times refused to replace my key which would never seal shut. I’ve never had Ford’s warranty work out for me. Everything has always been out of pocket even the first year unless it was a recall. I am a pretty low maintenance customer, so it is really surprising how poorly Ford’s service has been over the years to me.

they don't respond to phone calls or email. contacting them is almost impossible.
they never answer their phone, they don't return their calls, and their website is completely useless. I tried to contact the service manager but they never bothered to call me back.
There service is open Monday threw Friday. They do work on Saturday, but you must have an appointment!
