I ordered two dozen roses and a teddy bear for my fiancé the day before her birthday. The Roses looked nice and the bear looked good. They were three hours late though, but they did hand deliver it and call three times. So all in all I would recommend this establishment.

Bought the 100 Roses Bouquet Premium $290 + 2 balloons for $6 and $10 for delivery Told the owner deliver them at 10:30am next day. Following day calls me at 11:20 am that he can't write everything I wanted on the wrapped paper, he suggested to write it on a note I said sure that's fine. Well my wife received the flowers late and 1 balloon and the love note well she never received it. 😠😤 By the way the roses weren't fresh either the pedals were turning black 🤦

So I ordered my flowers online through their website to be delivered for mother's day. I made 2 separate orders for 2 separate locations. I had to change my order for one of them to get picked up and the said it was ko problem and I could come in at 10 mother's day morning to pick it up. When I get there it was a complete mess. We come to find out that they had sold my arrangement for pick up and didn't have the flowers necessary to make the bouquet anymore. We had to ask 5 different people about our order and none of them came back to us about it. We over heard 2 of the workers saying that they had to make our flowers with whatever was available and still no one came to tell us about it for another 30 minutes! They failed to mention that they sold our arrangement and just said that they ran out of flowers. I didn't want to leave empty handed so I told them to make it out of whatever they had. We waited an hour and they still hadn't started on our bouquet. I started to worry about my other delivery order and asked if I could have it made for pick up so I could take it home because they had a handful of other customers complaining that their flower orders were not getting delivered. It turns out they didn't have the flowers for that arrangement either and they had to work with whatever they had left. In total I waited 2 hours for them to give me whatever arrangements they could come up with and was not offered a discount or refund. I paid a collective $300 for both orders and think it is absolutely ridiculous that I went home with something that simply was not worth that value. I will not be returning for their services and hope that you do the same. I attached pictures of what I had ordered along with what I was actually given.
