My wife and I greatly enjoyed our nearly 3 years at Stillwater. The amenities are fantastic and the staff are very friendly and responsive to their residents. I would very highly recommend that anyone looking for a place to live in Sneads Ferry give them a shot.

Hands down the best apartment living I have ever experienced. I moved here after dealing with a sub par apartment complex. The staff is efficient, they learn residents names, they even learn pets names. They treat their residents like people instead of numbers. Stillwater is incredibly dog friendly, and has great facilities for pets. They have two dog parks and multiple pet waste stations. The apartments are also incredibly quiet. I lived directly under a family with three little kids and I never heard them. Look no farther for the best apartment complex in the Sneads Ferry area.

I have lived here for about 9 months and have enjoyed every minute of it. Leasing staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a new job at the time I applied and they were very accommodating to my situation. The staff puts on community events every couple months (Cinco de Mayo, St. Patrick's Day Trivia, Bingo Night, Wine and Cheese Tasting, Nacho-Ordinary Tuesday, Wine and Design) which have been very enjoyable. Grounds are kept clean, and maintenance staff are responsive. My 3rd floor apartment was in great shape when I moved in and I haven't had any maintenance issues. I also haven't had any bug/pest issues since I've been here. My neighbors have all been friendly and you can barely hear any noise through the apartment walls. The apartments feel well built and sturdy. Even during inclement weather and strong winds, the buildings don't seem to creek at all. The only critique I have would be that the breezeways could use a good sweeping, but that's not a big deal. I highly recommend living here.

This apartment community has drastically improved since the new manager and employees took over. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and the dumpsters are emptied regularly. If you have an issue with your apartment they are quick to respond. There are monthly community gatherings that the staff put together (free of cost). The gym is modern albeit on the small side but then again it's not a fitness center it is an apartment complex. All dog breeds are welcome and there is a one time fee instead of monthly fees. The BBQ and pool area are beautiful and if you ever have an issue with something the staff is quick to resolve it. They even have free coffee! This may not seem like a big deal but it just goes to show how the staff pays attention to the little things. I would highly recommend this complex to friends and family.
