We stayed at a wonderful Harvest Host Saturday, Mike's Farm 🚜 & Restaurant. Big farm in North Carolina with Goats, Donkeys & Cows. We were the only RVers there but by 4:00 pm there were 100s of people there to eat at the restaurant. I don't even know where they all came from, it was a small town!! The farm was beautiful! They had a huge gift shop selling NC goods & crafts, a bakery where they made all the desserts, wine tasting, hayrides & the restaurant. All you can eat delicious fried chicken, pork, ham biscuits, sweet corn, green beans, mashed potatoes, yummy gravy, & to die for Mac & cheese!! Plus deserts!!! All for $17.00 each...Man, were we stuffed!!! I would definitely recommend this place for any RVers or anyone traveling!! Free for us to stay the night...but we did spend $150.00 in the gift shop, LOL!! Cool stuff.

The store on the site features unique products that are from North Carolina. All counties of North Carolina are represented. The staff in the store, bakery and restaurant were always polite and helpful in a genuine way. I recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience in the country. I must make a special mention of the wine, fudge and macaroni and cheese. The fudge is wonderful! They have so many flavors and will give you samples of any of them. The wine selection is outstanding and features wines from around the state. The restaurant provided a sample of the Mac and Cheese ( not a usual thing, I was in a special event group) and I can say without doubt it was the best I have ever had. It was rich and creamy with a depth of flavor yet, not overpowering. Silky smooth and buttery
