Awesome experience and awesome vehicle. Danny my rep was easy to work with and responsive with messages. Ordered my model y in June or July and got it on Christmas eve. Process for pickup was smooth. Buying a tesla was such a great process it makes me never wanna deal with car dealerships again.

They should have walked around the car with you when it was handed over. If an issue is found with in few days of owning the car fixes should be free and they'll give you a free loaner vehicle until it's fixed. I've had some minor issues so far and ever time i go in I have a choice of getting a loaner and it's pretty great. The vehicle is amazing once you get past the initial issues. Also it's weird to get that kind of discount for a Tesla usually the pricing is straight forward, it could be a delivery fee and depending on weird it's coming from the fee may vary. Btw you're not really asking a question you should use the review section.
Yes you can test drive a performance model there. The showroom still has a regular version

In La Jolla you can see and sit inside of a Model 3, if you want to compete with all the 4 yr olds climbing though Tesla's vehicles. When I went for a test drive of a Model S about a month ago, Model 3s were not yet available to drive. It's always best to go directly to the source with these type of questions.
