I typically don't like to rate fast food restaurants because they're very volatile and inconsistent when it comes to food, service, customer service. Today was a great day. I was rushing to grab a quick bite. Taco bell is usually my last resort, but I made en exemption. Let me tell you whoever the lady or man in the back making the black beans they were fire 🔥! Yum 😋 they got my order right even though I submitted it digitally on the pad. Also this pad is way better than the one at McDonald's. I didn't mind using this one. To the fella that let me use the ladies restroom because the men's was temporarily out, thank you for being a kind human being. You saved me from a ton of bladder pain since I work in the field all day and depend on public restrooms. May you receive tenfolds of good karma. Other places/people would say it's out and say oh well. My order was a cheesy gordita crunch with black beans, crunch wrap supreme with black beans, cheesy potatoes, and a drink. Place looks recently very remodeled, very clean, they play christian music which is rarely heard these days. It was a nice change. Overall satisfied customer full and happy 😁

Wanted to try out the Mexican pizza which wasn't bad but they had no tomatoes! A Mexican joint with no tomatoes and a smart and final right across the street. SMH!

Very disappointed with a place we visited many, many times in the past. All the remodeling in the world does but take the place of customer service and proper order delivery. Their menu has changed, our questions were not answered and no discussion was allowed. We were the only in person customers and I ky two vehicles in the drive-thru so there wasn't an issue of excessive pressure. We ordered, paid & awaited our food. Our name was called but there was more food than ordered. We asked and someone shouted from the back but the words were unintelligible. We asked for clarification but no response. Finally an employee came forward and stated a second drink belonged to someone else who's name had not been called. Our food order was not complete so we went back to the counter - twice. We we're not acknowledged until we ended up stating out loud what we needed to any of the three employees nearby until our order was finally complete. By then our food was cold. We will no longer patronize this Taco Bell.
