Wonderful people! They found the problem with my tire and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.

Was 2 1/2 hours away from home and realized I had a tire going bad, likely a separated belt. I called the Clinton North Carolina store that I was familiar with and they were very helpful. They recommended the Bragg Boulevard Fayetteville North Carolina store as they were open longer on Saturday and they had the tires in stock that I needed. I called to confirm this and was put on the waitlist as I was still an hour away. Once I got there it did not take them long to start looking at the car, however, the mechanic, which I did not get his name, looked at the car even though I told him what the problems seem to be, Did not drive the car, and then came back to tell me that he thought the problem would be fixed by rotating and balancing the tires and fixing the leak in the power steering pump. I told him I was not there for the power steering pump and that rotating the tires would not fix this problem and he needed to drive the car.The front office people suggested getting the alignment mechanic to drive the car. Once he drove the car around the block, with the other mechanic riding with him, he came back and said exactly what I told him was wrong with it that there was something wrong with one of the tires. He was able to determine that it seemed to be both front tires that had went bad as they were fairly old. And as soon as he walked off the other mechanic said that he would be putting on four tires and then having them do an alignment. Fortunately I was able to catch the alignment person before he Got away and he agreed that it did not need an alignment and only needed four tires. The order for the tires had been written up upfront for the wrong tires and the inventory person came and told me that they did not have these tires. He wanted to sell me a different brand that cost more than the originals and I agreed but I asked to see the tires first before they were put on. He brought the wrong size tire. This was the reason that he did not show any of these tires in stock. Once we finally got the right size tire and got them put on the car does drive great. However, either they forgot to put the center cap back on one of the wheels or they did not put it on right and when I got back to where I was staying an hour away it was gone. Several things wrong with this picture. I felt like the original mechanic was trying to pad the bill. I was concerned that he did not seem to know what he was doing. Which is probably the most concerning that your business puts wheels and tires on cars and could be a life or death situation. I do want to give the Clinton store five stars because the person there was very helpful and was able to tell me what was actually in stock and which store I should go to and actually transferred me to the other store while I waited on the phone. Unfortunately, I had a completely different experience at the Fayetteville store.

Mine was 70. But the prices vary
We do fill commerical/industrial tires with foam. The tire must be able to hold air.
