Worst shop ever! Fail NC inspection for a horn not working and they wanted $85 to diagnose it. Told them that my horn does work and they said I would have to leave work come up there and show them for the inspection. On my lunch break I went to the shop walked outside and honk the horn 4 times. They were obviously trying to scam me. They then refused in inspect my vehicle as I request and asked me to leave. They still charged me for all the service and were very rude. Randel and Danny know nothing about cars and should not even be in this industry. TLDR. They are either complete idiots or they are just out to scam you. Don't go here!

Retired Army Vet!! Had them to install New tires on my truck and gave specific instructions to place weights on inside of my high gloss powder coated wheels. The installer still placed the weights outside and scratched my rims in the process. Not only did they scratch my rims, they left sticky weight residue behind . Wouldn’t recommend this location’. Wish I had the time on my hands to file a proper complaint

I wish I could give a better review here, but I can't. I got a flat on my way to work. I was going to just park it and deal with it later but remembered this Firestone right up the road. I took my car there hopeful they could fix it maybe temp or replace the tire. I was told I should take my Tesla to Cadillac to ha e fixed and that they were not willing to work on my car. By then my tire was completely flat and I had to call a tow truck to take my car to another shop in Fayetteville to replace it. When they refused to even take a look at the tire to fix it I said then can you just replace it. The person told me no they couldn't help me out. I was told that I had "special" tires, but no they were plain old Michelins. They didn't even take a look. I was even asking them to replace my tire with a new one and they still said no. I wouldn't recommend them working on your car. Who knows what else they won't do.
