Good customer service and excellent quality! I had a custom order done before my PCS that was rather specific and they did a great job. Even on my way back to base after picking it up, I had to call them while I was still in the car to tell them again how great it was. The ultimate compliment was when my 6 year old asked if she could touch my Seabee and asked if it was really 'fuzzy'. My only suggestion is that if you have a custom order do some homework and try to figure out what you want. My order was probably 90% what I expected (probably 50/50 due to my miscommunication / them not following instructions). They are patient, but are kinda busy and don't really give much direction. Ms. Rachelle is awesome, but the engraver/designer can come across as rude. Also, the price changed considerably on me after making what I consider a minor change, but I didn't harp on it like I normally would. Still they are great people and I would give them 6 stars if I could.
