Quality Inn

This was a surprising out of the way find. I've stayed in other nearby motels. This Quality Inn was just a bit out of the way and pleasantly clean and quiet. Property around the motel as well as the room was very clean. This is important to me since I travel with my dogs and need to walk them where I feel safe. Parking areas are also well-lit. Will stay again.

Tried booking a room at midnight during a long drive. Room booked for May 24 instead of April 24. I cancelled the reservation minutes later while standing in the lobby of the hotel (nobody told me not to cancel until AFTER I did so, as it seemed the intuitive thing to do). When asking for a refund the next day, they told me the reservation was not cancellable (except it let me cancel it), and if I hadn’t cancelled they could have changed the date, but instead, I get no refund, no changed date, and they can now sell the room I paid for again and pocket both fees. They justify this because it is “policy,” but this just tells me that their policy is to commit fraud (which is what you’re doing when you sell the same item to two people). So instead of having a hotel for a 20 hour drive, I ended up (after fighting with this for hours) driving the rest of the way home without sleep. I’ve never used Quality Inn before, and I sure as hell won’t use them in the future.

The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. My husband did not like the small bed pillows, I didn’t mind them. I love that our fur babies could stay there with a small fee, well worth it! The staff was amazing! We stayed here twice and both stays were great! The same lady checked us in both times we stayed and I can’t say enough about how great she was. Very friendly and happy!

It was a quick check in, the area outside was clean as well as the inside. It was worth the price paid and the room was clean and well stocked with what you need for an overnight stay. I was pleasantly surprised with the motel as price does not always get you what you want. This motel is worth the price.
