Dope black guy with glasses that works here at this postal office. I forgot to secure my package and I went in and I asked "Hey do u guys have any tape for my package?". he smiled and replied "Of course we do! we're the post office.". Very friendly encounter and I normally don't go to this postal office but after my experience, id like to come back here more often.

I’ve been going here to the MONTEBELLO location for 4 years and have ALWAYS had GREAT service from the postal employees. Our postman is FANTASTIC and handles our packages WITH MUCH CARE. MONTEBELLO post office customer service inside has always been king and helpful EVEY single time I’ve visited them. Thank You for your service MONTEBELLO USPS 👋🏼🥰👍🏼

I am so upset because I requested a vacation hold mail online because I was going to be gone for a week. I also mentioned it to my mailman. Even with all this I kept getting security alerts from camera that mailman was delivering mail. I even called the branch to tell them. They said they would take care of it. Nothing was done. I still continued to get mail. I saw this through security camera while on vacation miles away.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I would give this place negative stars if I could. I went there for a passport renewal, arrived a few minutes early and was told that they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have my passport pictures, which I had selected to have taken there when I made my appointment. Two of the employees were so rude that instead of answering my questions they ignored me. I spoke to their supervisor which was a little waste because she could help me. Trust me I wasn’t the only upset customer there. Like I said, worst customer service EVER! Avoid going there
