Don’t buy with HOA. I have to ask permission for every single thing I want to do to MY home. This is ridiculous. On top of that the staff is not friendly. I do NOT recommend

Incredibly terrible customer service rude security and front office personnel. I came with my family months ago had signed up for registration to have access cards but my id was not updated to new address within association. Presented drivers license with utility bill and was allowed access was told mine and my girlfriends name would be under file for future access and today my family was wanting to attend the park without me present and now security and who ever was working the front office are all giving new restrictions as to why they are unable to gain access. I could simply send a picture with my utility bill to whomever it concerns to verify i am indeed a homeowner within the association but apparently guidelines change depending on who you speak to. Please have some continuity between your workers. Sucks having to pay stupid dues and cant even use the amenities

It closes at 10pm everyday
They discriminate against young people , so of course they won't let a teen bring any guest , Moreno is ran by old people what else do you expect lol
You have to be invited as a guest by someone who is a resident of the community or if you live in the community you go to the association and each member in the household will be issued a card even if you are renting and you have to pay membership fee
